This role offers a flexible and highly autonomous structure, ideal for someone seeking to manage their own time and workload:
Work Schedule: 7 days per week, with a 10-hour commitment window each day.
Actual Workload: Initially, you will be required to work only 2–3 hours per day on active monitoring, intervention, and sales finalization. The remaining hours in your 10-hour window are available for you to manage your own time, with the expectation that you remain accessible for urgent interventions.
Growth Potential: The required workload and active hours are expected to increase over time as the business and client base expands.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will be the crucial human element, responsible for:
Monitoring our AI Customer Service Chatbot: Actively observing chat interactions during your 10-hour window to ensure the bot is providing accurate and helpful information.
Strategic Intervention: Stepping in quickly and professionally to take over conversations from the AI, specifically when a client is ready to finalize a sale, book a complex service, or requires sensitive, bespoke assistance.
Sales Finalization: Utilizing your extensive sales and customer service skills to smoothly and professionally complete high-value transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and securing the deal.
Upholding Professionalism & Integrity: Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive business details and client information for our Clients.
About You
We are seeking a highly experienced customer service professional who can demonstrate:
Extensive Experience: A proven track record of success in high-level customer service, sales, or account management, preferably dealing with high-value or executive clientele.
Exceptional Autonomy: The proven ability to manage time effectively within the required 10-hour window, work independently, and take full ownership of your role and its outcomes.
Impeccable Professionalism and Integrity: A non-judgmental, discreet, and highly ethical approach to all interactions. Confidentiality is paramount.
Advanced Communication Skills: Superior written communication skills for clear, concise, and persuasive chat interactions.
