We are a fast-growing U.S.-based industrial service company with multiple branches across the United States. We service and maintain industrial air compressor systems for commercial and manufacturing clients.
We are hiring a Membership Quoting Specialist to support our sales team by building and tracking preventative maintenance membership proposals.
This is a long-term position with clear structure, measurable expectations, and growth potential.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Membership Quoting Specialist builds and tracks preventative maintenance membership quotes inside our systems.
You will not speak with customers.
You will communicate internally with our U.S.-based team using written English only.
This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working inside structured software systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build Membership Quotes
Receive equipment details from sales reps
Review compressor information (HP, PSI, voltage, model, etc.)
Determine correct service frequency (quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
Use pricing templates to build quotes inside ServiceTitan
Ensure correct labor, travel, and materials are included
Complete quotes within 24–48 hours
Track and Manage All Quotes
Log and track every quote created
Update status inside
Monitor aging quotes
Notify sales reps when follow-up is required
Ensure no quote is untracked
Maintain Accuracy and Systems
Follow pricing guidelines precisely
Identify missing or incorrect information before building a quote
Keep CRM clean and organized
Communicate clearly and professionally with tea
TECHNOLOGY USED
You will work daily in:
Slack (team communication)
ServiceTitan (quoting and service platform)
We will provide training. Prior experience with CRM systems or quoting platforms is strongly preferred.
PERFORMANCE METRICS (BIG 3)
You will be evaluated weekly on:
95% or more of quotes completed within 48 hours
98% or higher quote accuracy
100% of quotes tracked in CRM
We operate with clear accountability and measurable expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written English communication skills (required)
Strong attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems preferred
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Must work 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM US Eastern Time
Reliable high-speed internet and backup power
