The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, creatively driven Virtual Assistant specializing in graphic design and AI-assisted creative production to support our growing client portfolio. This is not a template-and-output role. We are looking for someone who thinks visually, works with precision, and understands that great design tells a story before a single word is read.
You will be responsible for producing website graphics, social media content, and print-ready materials across multiple client brands — each with its own aesthetic, audience, and strategic intention. You must be fluent in both traditional design tools and emerging AI creative platforms, and you must know when to use each one effectively.

What You Will Do

Design and produce on-brand graphics for client websites, including banners, section headers, feature images, and lead magnet visuals
Create cohesive social media graphics including static posts, carousel slides, story templates, reel covers, and branded overlay elements for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Develop print-ready materials including flyers, event programs, one-sheets, sell sheets, and promotional collateral
Utilize AI image generation tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms) to ideate, prototype, and produce original creative assets
Maintain and apply client brand guidelines with precision — color, typography, tone, and visual language must be consistent across every deliverable
Organize and manage a clean, structured creative asset library within our project management and file storage systems
Communicate proactively about timelines, revisions, and creative direction
Adapt quickly when priorities shift without sacrificing quality


What We Are Looking For

Demonstrated experience in graphic design for digital and print — a portfolio is required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva Pro at a professional level
Working knowledge of AI creative tools and a clear understanding of how to prompt effectively for brand-aligned results
A strong aesthetic sensibility — you can look at a brand and immediately understand its visual language
Exceptional attention to detail; you notice when something is off by two pixels and it bothers you
The ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously without losing quality or cohesion
Clear written communication and the ability to receive feedback professionally and efficiently
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
Experience working within brand guidelines for premium, service-based, or wellness-adjacent brands is a strong advantage
