We are a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in generating high-quality leads for local service businesses (insulation, concrete, home services, etc.).
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Manager who knows how to generate consistent, qualified leads—not just clicks.
If you understand local lead generation, can build campaigns that convert, and know how to optimize for real ROI… we want to work with you.
???? Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage Meta
Build high-converting lead generation funnels (forms, landing pages, follow-up flows)
Write ad copy and collaborate on creatives (or direct creative strategy)
Optimize campaigns daily/weekly for CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, conversions, etc.)
Analyze performance and provide clear reports with actionable insights
Test new audiences, creatives, and angles consistently
Work with our team to improve lead quality and client ROI
? Requirements
Proven experience running Meta Ads for lead generation (not e-commerce)
Strong understanding of local service industries (bonus if you've worked with contractors)
Ability to show past results (CPL, ROAS, lead volume, etc.)
Experience with CRM integrations (GoHighLevel is a BIG plus)
Strong copywriting skills for ads
Data-driven mindset (you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses)
Reliable communication and quick turnaround times

Monthly retainer per client OR hourly (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available based on results
