About the Role
Marked Homes is a professional real estate media company serving agents and property owners across the US. We produce HDR photography, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and 360 virtual tours for residential and luxury listings in the Branson / Table Rock Lake market and beyond.
We need a skilled real estate photo editor who specializes in manual HDR hand blending in Lightroom. You will receive raw bracketed exposures via Google Drive and return polished, professional JPEGs ready for MLS delivery — consistently, on time, every batch.
This is a long-term ongoing role with growing volume. Great editors never run out of work here.

Hard Requirements
If you cannot meet all of the following, do not apply:

Minimum 2 years of real estate HDR photo editing experience
Manual hand blending technique — no automated HDR merge
24-hour turnaround on all batches. No exceptions.
Reliable internet connection for Google Drive transfers
Available to receive and deliver files 6 days a week

What You Will Do
Every shoot you receive a Google Drive folder of raw bracketed exposures — typically 3 to 5 exposures per shot. You manually blend these in Lightroom into a single finished image per scene.
Core workflow:

Manual HDR hand blending in Adobe Lightroom
Window pull / exposure masking — exterior windows must show the view, not blow out
Interior exposure balancing — ceilings, floors, fixtures feel naturally lit
White balance and color correction — neutral, consistent across every image in the set
Sky replacement or cleanup — natural only, no dramatic oversaturation
Perspective and lens correction — straight verticals, no keystoning
Basic cleanup — cords, small distractions removed where appropriate
Final export — JPEGs organized by scene, uploaded to shared Drive output folder

What Finished Photos Must Look Like

Bright, clean, inviting — not dark, not overprocessed
Natural light feel — not tone-mapped or HDR-heavy
Windows show the exterior without overexposure
Consistent color temperature across the entire set
Straight verticals throughout
No halos, banding, or exposure artifacts
Every image looks like it belongs to the same shoot

File Workflow

You receive Google Drive link with raw bracketed exposures
Download, hand blend, export final JPEGs
Upload finished files to designated output folder in same Drive
Notify via WhatsApp when batch is complete
We review and request revisions if needed
Payment sent weekly via Wise or PayPal

Compensation

Rate: $0.10–$0.25 per finished photo (set based on test results)
Typical batch: 40–120 photos per shoot
Volume: Multiple shoots per week, growing
Payment: Weekly via Wise or PayPal

Example monthly earnings at volume:

100 ---------- = $240/month
300 ---------- = $720/month
500 ---------- = $1,600/month

Volume grows as we expand. Top editors get priority assignment.
