JOB OVERVIEW

You know MrBeast. Now work with the person who helped direct it.

Our founder spent years as a video director at MrBeast, working on content that generated over 10 billion views. He understands what stops the scroll, what keeps people watching, and what makes short-form content actually perform. That knowledge drives everything we do at Biggest Agency.

We produce high-end YouTube shows and podcasts for entrepreneurs and business leaders. We are growing our editing team and looking for a short-form editor overseas who is fast, precise, and obsessed with the craft.

What this role will do for you
Short-form editing is not just cutting a clip and slapping on captions. Done right, it is one of the most technical and creative skills in content production.

Our standards are high. Our feedback is direct. You will be pushed to understand why certain ---------- nts work and others do not, and you will get better faster here than almost anywhere else.

This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the relationship grows.

What you will be editing
You do not pick the clips. Your Senior Editor or Account Manager identifies the ---------- nts from each episode. Your job is to make them hit.

Each clip is 60 seconds or under with clean captions, tight cuts, minimal motion graphics. The standard is high.

You will start with approximately 15 clips per week, growing to 30 or more as volume scales. At the production level required for this role, that is very achievable. We will grow your hours with you.

Finished clips are delivered through ---------- for review before anything goes to the client. Revisions are part of the job and are not paid separately. Study the feedback. Apply it. Raise your standard before you submit.

One honest note: understanding what resonates with an American business audience takes time. The way a ---------- nt needs to be framed, paced, and hooked for this audience is specific. Your early cuts will often come back with feedback. That is expected and built into our process. The editors who grow fastest here are the ones who study American short-form content, pay attention to what performs, and treat every round of feedback as a lesson rather than a correction.

What we need from you
CapCut (primary tool for this role)
Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
Fast, reliable internet
Available during US business hours for communication and revisions

A note on your computer
Short-form editing at this production level is not as hardware-intensive as long-form, but your machine still needs to handle it cleanly. Before you apply, confirm your setup is solid.

Minimum specs:
Processor: Intel i5/i7, AMD Ryzen 5/7, or Apple M1 or newer
RAM: 16GB minimum
Storage: 512GB SSD minimum
Stable internet for file transfers and ----------

In your application video, show us your setup or walk us through your specs.

To apply
Record a 2 to 3 minute video. Introduce yourself, tell us how long you have been editing, show us short-form work you are proud of, and tell us why this role interests you. Upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and include the link.

The video matters more than your resume.
