JOB OVERVIEW

We run a well-established UK-based food brand with multiple locations and a strong existing customer base. We’re looking for a reliable, proactive digital marketing operator to take ownership of our online presence and help us grow further.

This is NOT JUST a task-based VA role — we want someone who can think, suggest improvements, and take responsibility for results.

**Your Responsibilities:**

• Manage and optimise our Google presence (Google Business profiles across multiple locations)
• Help resolve and maintain verification issues and ensure all listings stay active
• Post updates/offers and manage local visibility across locations
• Respond to customer reviews professionally and consistently

• Improve our website (WordPress)
• Keep plugins, speed, and performance optimised
• Suggest and implement improvements to increase conversions

• SEO optimisation
• Improve rankings for local and relevant search terms
• Optimise pages, keywords, and structure
• Synergy between website, google, Mailchimp, socials etc...

• Email marketing (Mailchimp)
• Manage and optimise backend setup (lists, flows, segmentation)
• Create and send 1 campaign per month, content of which will be pre agreed with us
• Suggest ways to improve repeat customers and engagement
• Improve open rates and provide quarterly reports and analysis

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Strong experience with Google Business / local SEO
• Confident using WordPress (updates, edits, optimisation)
• Experience with Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
• Good written English (for reviews + email campaigns)
• Proactive mindset — not just following instructions
• Able to suggest ideas and improvements

• If you also have the capability to run instagram accounts too, this could be packaged in ***

**Bonus (Not Required):**

• Experience with restaurant / local business marketing
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
• PPC or Google Ads experience
