About This Role
As a Talent Partner at AMZ Prep, you own the full recruiting life cycle - from sourcing and pipeline management through to second-round interviews. You'll work closely with hiring managers, leverage the founder's LinkedIn presence for inbound recruiting, and keep every candidate warm until a decision is made. You'll also own and administer our internal CultureTest platform, the proprietary assessment tool used to evaluate candidate fit before final rounds.
This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, candidate experience, and people operations. Major metrics you'll manage and oversee:

What You'll Do
Sourcing & Pipeline
Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, CRM campaigns, and social media
Leverage the founder's LinkedIn profile as an active recruiting channel - engage inbound interest, post role updates, and drive awareness with target talent pools
Collaborate with the sales team to identify referrals and warm connections in target talent networks
Build and maintain skilled, diverse candidate pools for every active role
Target: 20-40 candidate calls per week, with a goal of identifying 3-5 qualified candidates per role per week that fit our values, budget and goals.
Interviewing
Own first-round and second-round interviews across all open roles
Conduct structured screens to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and culture fit
Provide written candidate scorecards and verbal feedback to hiring managers after every round
Protect hiring manager time - they should only see candidates who have cleared two rounds
Candidate Experience & Warm Pipeline
Keep every candidate in the pipeline warm - proactive outreach, status updates, and relationship-building at every stage
No candidate goes cold or goes silent on your watch
Build relationships with passive candidates for future roles even when there's no immediate opening
Provide weekly updates to candidates focused on transparency and candor
ATS & Platform Management
Own the ATS end-to-end: job postings, candidate records, pipeline stages, and reporting
Administer the AMZ Prep CultureTest platform: configure assessments per role, track completion rates, score results, and surface insights to hiring managers
Maintain clean, accurate data at all times
External Recruiter Coordination
Brief and manage agency and contract recruiters on active roles
Set quality bar expectations, track pipeline output, and hold external partners accountable
Reporting & Strategy
Weekly pipeline report to leadership: calls completed, candidates advanced, pipeline health per role, blockers
Participate in hiring strategy sessions and follow-up meetings with hiring managers
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Comfortable owning first and second-round interviews across multiple roles simultaneously
Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and social media
Experience managing and growing a founder or executive's LinkedIn as a recruiting channel is a strong plus
ATS experience - sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates with clean data hygiene
High-volume comfortable: 20-40 calls per week is normal, not heavy
Exceptional communication - candidates should feel attended to at every stage
Self-directed, organized, and strong prioritization skills
Discretion with confidential candidate and compensation information
Bonus: logistics, ecommerce, or high-growth operations background
