About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences through phone and text-based support, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting new customers as they onboard.
As we continue to expand, this position will also play a key role in helping train and guide future tea
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and text communications
Provide timely and professional issue resolution
Assist new customers with onboarding and initial support
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Support the development and training of new support tea
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
1–3+ years of experience in customer support, call center, or similar role
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools and support platforms is a plus
