We are a fast-growing U.S.-based credit repair company looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle organic inbound leads and convert them into qualified live transfers.
This is NOT a general VA role.
This is a performance-based sales position for someone who understands urgency, metrics, and execution.
You will be responsible for:
Calling inbound leads immediately
Qualifying prospects
Live transferring them to a closer
We use GoHighLevel CRM and structured follow-up systems.

****Responsibilities
Call new inbound leads within 5 minutes of submission
Execute structured 5-day follow-up cadence (calls + SMS)
Qualify prospects using script and criteria
Live transfer qualified leads to closer
Log all activity accurately inside GoHighLevel
Maintain clean pipeline and dispositions
Track and report daily performance metrics
****Performance Expectations
We are a metrics-driven environment. You must be comfortable operating at a high level.
You will be expected to maintain:
Fast speed-to-lead (critical)
20–35%+ connect rate (as volume scales)
Strong qualification rate
Consistent live transfers daily
You should already understand:
Dials per day
Connect rate
Transfer / set rate
CRM discipline

**Requirements
Experience as an SDR / Appointment Setter / Live Transfer Rep
Experience using dialers
CRM experience (GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred)
Strong spoken English
Quiet work environment
Reliable high-speed internet
Sales mindset (not just reading scripts)
****Compensation
Base Pay: $7–$9/hour (based on experience)
Per Qualified Live Transfer Bonus: $3–$10+ per transfer
