We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and professional Appointment Setter / Junior Closer who can help us turn prospects into qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
This is not a customer service role. We need someone who understands how to build rapport, follow up consistently, handle objections professionally, and move conversations forward.
What You’ll Do
Follow up with warm and outbound leads
Start conversations through
Qualify leads based on need, interest, timing, and fit
Book appointments for strategy and sales calls
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Handle common objections confidently and professionally
Nurture leads who are not ready yet
Keep CRM notes and follow-up activity organized
Support the sales process from first contact to booked call
Potentially transition into closing smaller offers over time
What We’re Looking For
Strong spoken and written English
Experience in appointment setting, sales support, follow-up, or closing
Confidence in speaking with prospects and decision-makers
Strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable using scripts naturally
Organized, responsive, and target-driven
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Professional, persuasive, and coachable
Preferred Experience
B2B appointment setting
Cold calling or warm lead conversion
Sales conversations with business owners
CRM usage
Service-based offer selling
Healthcare, staffing, consulting, or executive outreach experience
