We’re hiring a high-performance remote tea
You will be responsible for:
Handling all inbound leads (calls, texts,
Closing sales and converting leads into booked jobs
Managing and optimizing the weekly cleaning schedule
Following up with leads and ensuring no opportunities are missed
Communicating professionally with clients at all times
Keeping operations organized and running smoothly
This role is critical to the company — you are the front line of revenue and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
We are ONLY looking for serious, reliable performers.
You must:
Speak and write fluent, professional English
Be confident on the phone and able to CLOSE deals
Have strong sales skills (this is not just support)
Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
Be available to work 7 days per week (flexible schedule)
Respond quickly and stay on top of all leads
Have a reliable internet connection + quiet work environment
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has experience in sales, call handling, or appointment setting
Understands urgency and knows how to follow up aggressively without being pushy
Takes ownership and does NOT need constant supervision
Wants to grow with a fast-moving company
PAY
Base + performance incentives
