About the Role
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join our leadership team and take ownership of our online marketplace performance across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and eBay. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational skills, data fluency, and a proven track record of growing revenue and optimizing performance on major platforms.
You will work closely with management to shape strategies, implement campaigns, and lead execution that directly impacts business growth.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead strategy, execution, and performance management for Amazon and Walmart storefronts.
• Oversee listing optimization (SEO, A+ Content, keyword targeting, etc.) to maximize conversions.
• Manage cross-functional marketplace operations, including promotions, pricing, inventory forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Develop and lead advanced PPC strategies for Amazon Sponsored Ads and Walmart Sponsored Products to drive profitability.
• Conduct regular audits of ASIN/UPC performance, Buy Box metrics, and advertising reports.
• Monitor and respond to marketplace compliance, account health, and policy changes.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to launch new products, bundles, and promotional initiatives.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve marketplace performance and workflow automation.
• Mentor junior tea
Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
• Proven track record of scaling sales, optimizing campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC (Amazon Advertising Console, Walmart Connect), listings SEO, and product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify, eBay, and DTC fulfillment strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or Perpetua.
• Graphic design knowledge for content creation (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Experience managing international marketplaces (Amazon CA, UK, etc.).
• Team leadership or training experience.
