Overview
We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist to support our real estate lead generation efforts. This is a part-time role (2–4 hours per day) focused on running and optimizing ad campaigns that deliver quality leads, not just traffic.
You will also need to liaise with our social media team or have the ability to contribute ideas for ad creatives and content.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Generate quality leads for real estate services
Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead and lead quality
Work closely with the social media/content person for ad creatives
Suggest content angles for ad performance (videos, images, hooks)
Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and copy
Monitor and adjust campaigns daily (within working hours)
Provide simple performance updates
Requirements
Experience running Google & Meta Ads for service-based lead generation
Understanding of real estate marketing preferred
Ability to identify and target high-intent audiences
Experience working with content/creative teams
Data-driven approach to improving results
Able to commit 2–4 hours daily
Compensation:
Commission-based structure
Incentives tied to quality leads generated
Travel incentive if overall team does well by EOY
