Remote SDR / Sales Development Rep - AI Automation Agency
(Base + Uncapped Commission)

About Us

We're RJ Media, an AI automation agency based in London. We build AI voice agents, text agents, CRM automations, and custom dashboards for service businesses internationally. We're growing fast and need a sharp, hungry SDR to own lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.

What You'll Do

- Respond to all inbound DMs across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn as fast as possible (speed is everything)
- Send outbound DMs to qualify and appointment set leads
- Run LinkedIn outbound: 25 personalised connection requests per day
- Follow up with warm leads who haven't booked
- Work every lead in our CRM (GoHighLevel) - chase cold leads, reactivate old ones, keep partners moving
- Pre-qualify and triage everyone who books a call
- Direct and oversee a VA who handles connection requests, lead magnet comment responses, and basic profile engagement
- Send an end-of-day report with your numbers
- Triage leads: flag hot prospects vs time-wasters so nothing falls through the cracks

- Technical delivery or building
- Post-sale client management

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous SDR, sales, or appointment setting experience
- Fast responder. We're not looking for someone who clocks in 9-5 and disappears. We want an A-player who treats leads like they're their own business. If a DM comes in at 8pm, you reply. If a hot lead messages on a Saturday morning, you're on it. Obviously you sleep, but outside of that, speed wins.
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Can start within 1 week

Nice to Have

- Experience in digital marketing, AI, or tech
- Familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
- Previous agency experience
- Comfortable sitting in on sales calls (not required upfront, but this could be part of your growth path)

Compensation

- $350-400/month base
- 5% commission on setup fees from deals you generate that close - Uncapped (we sell products for $2k to $10k+ so commissions can be big)
- Expected total comp: $600-1,200/month based on performance
- 30-day performance review with a path to increased base if you're delivering
