JOB OVERVIEW

I am hiring a high-output caller/setter to generate real buyer interest for natural agricultural products sourced from East Africa.
This is NOT a VA role.
This is a results-driven position.

Your role:
Reach out to potential buyers (calls, email, or messaging)
Qualify interest and buying capability
Gather key information (volume, pricing, timeline, product focus)
Book calls with serious decision-makers only

Products:
Sesame (simsim)
Hibiscus
Moringa
Baobab
Ximenia oil
Vanilla (longer cycle)

Target buyers:
Amazon sellers
Etsy sellers
Natural product brands
Wholesalers
Health & wellness companies

What success looks like (non-negotiable):
20+ qualified, interested buyers within 7 days
Clear notes on each lead (organized + usable)
Calls booked with actual decision-makers

What I provide:
Clear targeting direction
Offer positioning
Messaging guidance
You are not guessing. You are executing.

You must bring:
Strong spoken and written English
Confidence on calls (not scripted, not passive)
Ability to handle objections and move conversations forward
High activity level with focus on outcomes, not busy work

Daily expectations:
50–100 outreach attempts per day
Relentless follow-up (this is where most results come from)
Clean tracking of all leads and conversations

Compensation:
Base pay (hourly or fixed)
+ Bonus per qualified interested buyer
+ Additional bonus for closed deals
High performers will be rewarded.

Do NOT apply if:
You wait for instructions
You are task-focused instead of outcome-focused
You are not comfortable speaking directly with prospects

To apply:
Start your proposal with:
“I focus on results, not activity.”
Then answer:
Your experience with outbound calling / lead generation
Exactly how you would generate 20 qualified buyers in 7 days
What you do when a prospect says “I’m not interested”

Final note:
We are moving fast.
If you are sharp, decisive, and results-driven, you will do very well here.
