We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Performance to lead and implement marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is not a narrow specialist role. You will be responsible for both strategy and hands-on execution across paid media,
AI is a major part of how we work. We want someone who is already actively using AI to improve marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, reporting, testing, research, and workflow efficiency.

Role Overview
As our Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Performance, you will plan, build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid,
You will work closely with our design team to coordinate creative execution, but you should personally be comfortable getting into the platforms, building campaigns, reviewing results, identifying problems, and improving performance.
We are specifically looking for someone who uses AI actively in their day-to-day work, not just someone who is curious about it. AI should already be part of how you think, execute, analyze, and improve marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Develop and improve marketing funnels that generate qualified leads and conversions
Plan and implement
Help shape website strategy, landing pages, and conversion-focused user journeys
Track campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights and clear reporting
Lead testing and optimization across ads, landing pages,
Work closely with design and video support to create strong creative assets
Support SEO and content direction to improve organic traffic and overall funnel performance
Identify growth opportunities and recommend new ideas based on performance data
Use AI tools to improve execution speed, research, campaign development, analytics, reporting, ideation, and optimization

Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
Strong hands-on experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns
Experience with
Experience improving landing pages, funnels, and website conversion performance
Strong ability to analyze campaign results and translate them into action
Clear understanding of full-funnel marketing, not just traffic generation
Active use of AI in day-to-day marketing work
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and

Experience with SEO and content strategy
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
Understanding of copywriting for ads, landing pages, and
Experience in multi-location, franchise, or service-based businesses is a plus
