Position: Outbound Sourcing Specialist
We’re looking for a persuasive, proactive professional to help us scale our operations by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable solar service providers across the U.S. You’ll be on the front lines of Conserva’s growth, building the relationships that keep our service network strong and efficient.
What You’ll Do
* Proactively reach out to solar technicians, electricians, and service companies to introduce Conserva and our partnership opportunities
* Build and manage a pipeline of potential providers using cold calls and follow-ups
* Evaluate vendor proposals and quotes to determine fit, pricing, and capabilities
* Guide qualified providers through the onboarding process and support documentation needs
* Collaborate closely with the operations team to align procurement with service demand and regional needs
* Maintain accurate records and workflows in ClickUp and other internal tools
* Contribute to improving our outreach, onboarding, and vendor relationship strategies
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Communicator: Confident and articulate on the phone and in writing
* Procurement or Sales Background**: Experience in vendor acquisition, sales development, or similar fields preferred
* Relationship Builder: You’re comfortable establishing rapport quickly and can build trust with service providers
* Self-Starter: You’re highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
* Problem Solver: You’re comfortable comparing quotes, resolving questions, and thinking on your feet
* Tech-Savvy: You’ll be working in ClickUp, GHL, and ChatGPT daily
Success in This Role Looks Like:
* A growing, high-quality network of solar service providers onboarded
* Consistent volume of outreach and follow-up calls
* Effective coverage of target regions, especially underserved areas
* Quality vendor documentation and CRM data entry
