We're looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed Support Representative to serve as the voice of our brand. The ideal candidate brings hands-on DTC and e-commerce experience and knows how to deliver fast, thoughtful support that keeps customers coming back.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Manage orders, refunds, cancellations, and order modifications
- Support and troubleshoot subscription-related questions, changes, and billing issues
- Leverage Re:amaze, Shopify, and Seal Subscriptions daily to resolve tickets and manage accounts
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer support within a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Working knowledge of Re:amaze, Shopify, and Seal Subscriptions
- Understanding of subscription-based models and recurring order management
- Excellent written communication with a friendly, professional tone
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and maintain a high CSAT score
- Ability to follow SOPs, training materials, and established processes with consistency
