Role Overview:
We’re hiring an AI Content Specialist to produce high-quality eCommerce creative and product content by orchestrating multiple AI platforms. You’ll use ChatGPT, Veo3, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, and Caspa to assemble short-form video ads, conversion-focused copy, and marketplace-ready product images, primarily for our eCommerce clients across DTC (Shopify) and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
? Produce short creative video ads by combining AI-generated visuals, voice, music, captions, and edited sequences
? Write and refine eCommerce copy: landing pages, product pages, brand messaging, and Amazon listing content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ copy)
? Generate and polish product imagery for website listings and Amazon (infographics, lifestyle, variations, image cleanup)
? Turn creative briefs and product inputs into finished deliverables with clear versioning and organized asset handoff
? Maintain brand voice consistency and apply channel best practices (Amazon vs DTC)
? Collaborate with strategists and account leads to support creative testing and iteration cycles
? Follow compliance-safe standards for health/wellness categories (no medical claims; use support-oriented language)
Required Skills & Experience
? Proven experience creating eCommerce content (Amazon and/or Shopify)
? Strong prompt writing + editing judgment (you can improve outputs, not just generate them)
? Working proficiency in: ChatGPT, Veo3, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, and Caspa
? Ability to manage multiple tools and assemble outputs into cohesive, on-brand assets
? Sharp copy fundamentals: clarity, conversion intent, and scannable structure
? Strong file organization, naming conventions, and deadline reliability
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
? Familiarity with Amazon listing rules, image requirements, and marketplace creative standards
? Experience supporting creative testing workflows (multiple hooks, angles, variants)
? Basic motion/short-form editing sensibility (timing, pacing, retention hooks)
