Sales Development Representative (SDR) -

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You'll own outbound follow-up through cold calling and SMS, working directly within our outbound tech stack to connect with warm leads and qualify new business opportunities for our sales team.
What You'll Do
Follow up with leads who have already been contacted via
Work structured multi-channel outreach using
Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and pass opportunities to senior reps
Log all activity, update contact records, and manage pipeline stages in HubSpot
Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve connect rates
Hit daily and weekly activity targets (dials, connects, meetings booked)
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of outbound SDR or lead generation experience with a strong cold calling track record - this is a calling-heavy role
Experience working at or for a tech company (SaaS, software, or tech-enabled services) strongly preferred
Proficiency with
Comfortable and confident on the phone - cold calling is a core part of the job
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to work Central US business hours from a home office
Self-managed, accountable, and able to operate independently in a fully remote environment
