Emergency Service Dispatcher
Join Our Emergency Response Operations Team

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Service Dispatcher to provide real-time dispatch coordination for our emergency lockout service. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional response times, professional communication standards, and reliable execution in a high-urgency service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Receive and process incoming emergency service calls with efficiency and professionalism
– Dispatch service requests to designated field technicians via WhatsApp within established response time standards
– Monitor incoming work orders from all service channels and advertising platforms
– Verify technician job acceptance and track service delivery through completion
– Provide customers with accurate estimated times of arrival and ongoing status updates
– Maintain comprehensive dispatch logs including job assignments, technician availability, and service outcomes
– Coordinate with management regarding technician scheduling, coverage requirements, and operational priorities
– Facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking customers using approved translation tools

Mandatory Requirements:
– Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal
– Clear, articulate, and confident telephone manner
– Demonstrated experience in dispatch operations, call center management, or real-time service coordination
– Proven capacity to operate under strict time-sensitive protocols
– Advanced multitasking abilities across concurrent communication channels
– Exceptional reliability and consistency in service delivery
– Proficiency in WhatsApp-based team communication
– Ability to perform independently

Preferred Qualifications:
– Professional experience in emergency services, locksmith operations, or roadside assistance
– Spanish language competency (verbal and/or written)
– Working knowledge of dispatch management software or CRM platforms
– Documented experience coordinating field service personnel
