Position: Cold Caller / Prospector / Appointment Setter – Remote (Hourly + Performance-Based Upside)
We’re an extremely fast-growing company looking to bring on rockstar talent. This role is for someone who is self-driven, competitive, and takes real ownership over their results.
You won’t just be “making calls.” You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings with U.S.-based professional service firms (law firms, advisory firms, etc.) on behalf of our clients.
We provide the structure and playbook, but top performers in this role know how to think beyond a script — handling objections smoothly, controlling conversations, and consistently booking meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
Confident, clear communicator with fluent English
Strong phone presence — calm, assertive, and in control
Comfortable handling objections and pushing conversations forward
Competitive mindset with a focus on performance
Prior cold calling / sales / appointment setting experience is a strong plus
