JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Shopify Store Manager to support the daily operations of our e-commerce business.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our Shopify store runs smoothly, all products are displayed correctly, and continuous improvements are implemented.

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our Shopify backend on a daily basis
• Ensure all products are correctly displayed (images, descriptions, variants, pricing)
• Identify and fix issues within the store
• Implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rate
• Upload and manage products and collections
• Coordinate small design and layout adjustments
• Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks

Requirements:
• Strong experience working with Shopify (mandatory)
• Ideally experience running your own Shopify store or working long-term with Shopify
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid (Shopify templating)
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
• Good communication skills in English
• German skills are highly preferred, as product titles and descriptions are in German

Nice to Have:
• Experience with conversion optimization
• Experience with apps, integrations, or automation tools
• Basic design understanding (UX/UI)
