We run multiple DTC e-commerce brands across the Nordics (skincare & pet niche), spending heavily on Meta ads in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. We don't need a generic video editor — we need someone who understands direct-response advertising and can own the full creative production cycle from competitor research to final delivery to processing learnings on performance data.
What you'll do:
Edit UGC ad creatives from raw creator footage (sourced through Influee and direct creators) following our proven ad frameworks — hook variations, half-face demos, before/after, testimonial-style content, and specific validated angles
Rip and analyze top-performing English-language ads from competitors using Vozo AI and Vidau, break down why they work, then recreate and localize them for Swedish, Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian markets
Use ElevenLabs to dub English voiceovers into Nordic languages for localized ad versions
Create AI-generated image ads using tools like Manus — static creatives, text overlay ads, founder letter formats, infographic-style ads
Produce multiple ad variations per batch for DCT (Dynamic Creative Testing) — different hooks, CTAs, primary texts, headlines across Reels, Stories, and Feed placements
Conduct competitor ad research using ad intelligence tools (Meta Ad Library, GetHookd, Kalodata) — bring actionable insights on winning angles, formats, and hooks in our niches
Work inside our Growth Guide (creative roadmap spreadsheet) to log every ad concept, track batch numbers, mark results as winner/loser, and most importantly — process learnings on every single ad you produce. No ad gets marked as "done" until learnings are completed
Complete feedback loops: analyze metrics (spend, ROAS/CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CVR), form educated guesses on why an ad worked or didn't, and apply those learnings to the next batch
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and sound design to every creative
Deliver fast — 24-48h turnaround per batch
Requirements:
CapCut on desktop/PC — non-negotiable
Proven experience editing short-form UGC and direct-response ad creatives for Meta
Understanding of ad psychology — scroll-stopping hooks, pacing, CTAs, what makes people stop and buy
Experience ripping, breaking down, and recreating competitor ads
Comfortable with AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs or similar) and video ripping tools (Vozo AI, Vidau)
Ability to work inside structured creative systems — logging concepts, tracking results, processing learnings in spreadsheets
Ability to analyze ad performance data and turn metrics into actionable creative improvements
Reliable internet and consistent availability
Nice to have:
Experience creating AI-generated static ad creatives (Manus, Midjourney, or similar)
Familiarity with e-commerce/DTC ad creative across multiple markets and languages
Experience with split-testing ad creatives (Marksman and Sniper testing methods)

This starts with a 3-day paid trial. Deliver at the level we need, and we'll match the salary you want — we pay well for people who perform. No ceiling on what you can earn here if your output matches.
