What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on execution role where you will own both design AND full Kartra implementation.

Daily:
• Build and design funnel pages inside Kartra (landing, sales, checkout, upsell, downsell)
• Execute same-day funnel builds when needed
• Set up and QA automations, emails, and page flows
• Organize pages, products, and assets cleanly inside Kartra

Weekly:
• Launch full funnels from start to finish
• Build and refine email sequences and broadcasts
• Create or update membership portals
• Optimize existing funnels for conversions and user experience

Monthly:
• Review funnel performance and suggest improvements
• Clean up and organize backend systems (tags, lists, pages, products)
• Support new offer launches with full funnel builds

KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
• Speed: Ability to complete same-day funnel builds when required
• Accuracy: Funnels launch with minimal errors and clean functionality
• Organization: Kartra account is clean, structured, and easy to navigate
• Conversion: Pages are designed with strategy (upsells, downsells, flow)
• Execution: Automations, emails, and memberships are fully functional and optimized

You Must Be Strong In:
• Advanced Kartra funnel building
• Graphic design (not just templates—actual design thinking)
• Building upsells, downsells, and full funnel flows
• Email automation, tagging, segmentation, and scheduling
• Membership site creation and user experience
• Product setup, checkout flows, and backend logic
• Keeping systems extremely organized (grouping pages, naming conventions, structure)

Non-Negotiables:
• You can turn around designs quickly without sacrificing quality
• You understand sales psychology, not just tech
• You are detail-oriented and organized
• You can manage both front-end design and backend systems
• You take ownership and do not need constant direction
