JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring advanced AI creators to produce 3–5 short-form videos per day for a long-term role.

Reference quality / style we need:

These are the level, pacing, and visual style we want: authority-style wellness reels with realistic AI characters and strong short-form retention.

What you’ll do

Turn scripts and directions into finished TikTok / Reels style videos
Create realistic visuals using Nano Banana and strong AI video tools like Veo3
Edit in CapCut or Premiere
Add clean captions, pacing, sound design, overlays, and supporting visuals
Deliver 3–5 polished videos daily

What we need

Fast editor
Advanced with AI visuals
Strong taste for viral short-form content
Can create realistic, polished output
Can follow direction closely
Reliable with strict daily turnaround

Important
This role is for people who already know what high-level output looks like.
We want clean, believable, high-retention videos — not AI slop.
