JOB OVERVIEW

Remote – Philippines | Full-Time | Long-Term
$4.5-$8.5 /hour (based on experience) + Annual team bonuses TBD

We are a fast-growing construction materials supplier working with builders, contractors, and developers nationwide.

We invest heavily in training, systems, and people - and we expect performance, loyalty and integrity in return.

We are a family-run business with a strong, loyal offshore team. You will be joining 6 experienced Filipino tea ---------- mbers, many of whom have been with us for over 4 years.

The Role (What You’ll Actually Do) - This is a sales-driven outbound account management role. You will be speaking daily with existing customers (warm leads) who have already bought from us.

Your job is to:
- Rebuild EXISTING CUSTOMER relationships
- Generate repeat business from existing customers (HOT) - not cold leads
- Increase order value by being smart understanding requirments and upsell accordingly
- Use the CRM and you productivity will be judged on output - 30-60 calls a day
- Build Quotes, get payments and load orders and monitor entire delivery workflow for your clients.

Move customers up tiers (e.g. Silver ? Gold)
1. Outbound Sales & Account Management (Core Focus)
Call existing customers daily
Re-engage inactive buyers
Build relationships with UK builders and contractors
Ask structured questions about:
Current projects
What they are buying
Where they are currently purchasing
You are expected to sell, not just check in.
Log everything in the CRM and work the CRM to keep the sales flow

2. Sales Skills & Negotiation
Handle pricing conversations confidently
Position us against competitors (Jewson, Selco, B&Q, online suppliers)
Negotiate professionally to win business
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
You must be comfortable:
Challenging customers
Handling objections
Driving decisions

3. CRM & Workflow (Pipedrive)
Work daily inside Pipedrive CRM (this is your core system)
Log all calls, notes, and deal updates
Manage your pipeline accurately
Use our AI-enhanced tools to support your sales activity
You must be comfortable working across:
Multiple tabs/screens
High call volumes
Structured workflows

4. Training & Sales Playbooks
You will be partly trained using:
Internal sales playbooks
Call scripts and frameworks
Product and construction material guides
You are not expected to know everything on day one - but you are expected to learn fast and apply immediately, think on the fly and do the role i specified or you will be out.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
Sales Experience (Required)
Outbound or inbound sales experience
Comfortable on calls (this is a phone-heavy role)
Experience handling objections and closing
Construction experience is a bonus, not required.
Communication & Confidence
Excellent / Strong spoken English
Confident speaking to UK / western customers
Clear, structured communication
Not overly passive or scripted
Mindset & Work Style - PROACTIVE NOT REACTIVE - Proactive (you take action without being told)
Competitive and results-driven
Organised and disciplined
Comfortable working in a structured system
Team-oriented (this is not a solo role) - We work as a unit
Working Setup screens & Expectations
Fixed hourly wage via Hubstaff (time-tracked)
Full-time, long-term role
3-month probation period

Stable home life - no family dramas or exposures that could affect our business please. We have had enough experience of this I have been recruiting from PH for 15 years.

Performance-based bonuses (team commission – team-focused model - No solo players here)... We have loyal PH tea ---------- mbers appraoching 5 years with us who will be eligble for paid health insurance by us.
