About Tradelance

Tradelance is building a modern technology platform that connects tradespeople and homeowners across Australia, with plans to expand into New Zealand as the platform grows.

The platform combines a contractor marketplace with a social-style feed where users can post jobs, hire tradies, and share work with the community.

We are currently in the final stages of testing our launch-ready product and are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help refine and improve the platform.

Responsibilities

Improve the current platform UX/UI
Identify edge cases and improve user flows
Refine the social feed experience
Design new screens and product features
Ensure all pages follow consistent branding and design standards
Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly

You will also help design the next phase of Tradelance as we plan the transition to a future custom coded platform.

Required Skills

Strong UX/UI design experience
Advanced Figma skills
Experience designing web and mobile platforms
Understanding of user flows and modern UI design
Experience working with developers

This is not a fixed hour position at the ---------- nt some weeks it will be 10 hours some will be 20.
