JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are Ecomhit, a Dutch e-commerce company running multiple Shopify dropshipping stores across Europe. We are growing fast and looking for a Supply Chain VA to join our remote team full-time.

This is a long-term role. We are not looking for someone to do a quick project. We want someone who grows with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for making sure every product in our catalog has a good supplier, a fair price, and good product quality. We test hundreds of new products every week, and every product needs to be sourced correctly before it goes live.

Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Review supplier quotes for new products every day
- Evaluate product quality based on supplier photos and specs
- Chat with suppliers in English to request information, negotiate, or follow up
- Draft products that have no good supplier available
- Monitor product quality based on customer feedback and refund data
- Take action when something is wrong — without waiting to be told

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

English communication is the #1 requirement. You will be on weekly video calls with us and chatting with suppliers in English every single day. If your English is not strong, this role is not for you.

You need to be a fast learner. Our platform is not something anyone has used before, we will train you. But we need someone who picks things up quickly and does not need everything explained over and over.

You need to be decisive. We run a big operation. We cannot be involved in every small decision. If a product has no good supplier, you draft it and move on. You do not ask us what to do for every single product. We trust you to handle it.

Experience with dropshipping fulfillment is a big plus — CJ Dropshipping, DSers, AutoDS, Zendrop, or anything similar. If you have worked in e-commerce supply chain before, tell us about it.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Must be responsive during European business hours (CET)
- Reliable internet and professional work setup required
- Starting rate: $5-6/hr depending on experience, with room to grow
