JOB OVERVIEW

Shopify Setup Expert Needed (Pokémon Collectibles Store)

We are launching a Pokémon collectibles Shopify store and are looking for a Shopify expert to help bring our vision to life.

We already have the design direction and look ready — now we need someone who can build the store framework, structure it properly, and add base content.

This is a gig-based project, but if it goes well, this can turn into ongoing monthly work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build a Shopify store based on our provided design direction
Customize theme layout (homepage, product pages, collections, etc.)
Set up store structure (navigation, categories, filters)
Upload and organize base products/content
Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean UX
Basic app integrations (reviews, email capture, etc.)
Optimize for conversion (clean layout, fast loading, simple flow)

Requirements
Strong experience with Shopify store setup and customization
Ability to follow a provided design direction closely
Experience with product-based or collectible/eCommerce stores
Understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused layouts
Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
Attention to detail and clean execution

Bonus (Not Required but a Plus)
Experience with collectible/trading card stores
Knowledge of Pokémon or TCG market
Basic SEO setup for Shopify
Experience with Shopify 2.0 themes

Project Details
