About Us:

Talking HealthTech connects the digital health ecosystem through media, content, community, and partnerships.

THT Productions is our media production arm, helping healthcare and health tech organisations create high-quality podcasts, video content, branded content, and campaign assets.

We work with companies in healthcare and health technology that want to build visibility, credibility, and stronger market presence.

We are looking for a senior, client-facing sales professional to help us grow both sides of the business.

About the Role:

This is not an admin role.
This is not a support role.
This is not a junior appointment setter role.

This is a senior sales and business development role for someone who is confident speaking with decision-makers, comfortable running sales conversations, and able to represent the company professionally in writing, on calls, and in meetings.

You will help drive revenue across:

* Talking HealthTech partnerships and sponsorships
* THT Productions podcast, video, and branded content projects
* expansion opportunities with existing clients and partners

Some opportunities will be warm. Some will need follow-up. Some will need you to create ---------- ntum through research, outreach, LinkedIn, and consistent follow-up.

We want someone who is commercially mature, highly autonomous, and comfortable owning a pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Follow up inbound leads, referrals, event contacts, and existing opportunities
* Prospect and generate new opportunities when needed through LinkedIn, research, outreach, and follow-up
* Run sales calls and video meetings with senior stakeholders
* Write clear, professional emails and messages that move deals forward
* Present our offers confidently and handle objections well
* Close partnership, sponsorship, and production opportunities
* Keep CRM records, notes, and next steps up to date in Pipedrive
* Work closely with the Founder to refine messaging, offers, and sales approach
* Represent the company professionally in all client-facing communication

What We’re Looking For:

You should have strong experience in one or more of the following:

* B2B sales
* business development
* agency sales
* media sales
* sponsorship sales
* SaaS or consultative services sales

You must also have:

* excellent spoken English
* excellent written English
* confidence on the phone and on video calls
* available to work during Australian business hours (9am - 5pm AEDT - Sydney)
* experience speaking with managers, directors, founders, or executives
* the ability to work independently without constant supervision
* strong follow-up habits
* confidence using LinkedIn as part of your sales workflow
* experience managing a pipeline inside a CRM (Pipedrive)
