Sales Development Representative (SDR) — US Companies, Remote Philippines
About Us
We run two US-based companies in the sourcing and supply chain space. One serves the CBD industry with hardware and packaging. The other serves supplement and nutraceutical brands with full-service sourcing, packaging, and logistics. Both companies source factory direct from China with American partners on the ground ensuring quality — and we pass the savings (20%+) to our customers.
We’re growing fast and need a sharp, self-motivated SDR to help us fill our VP of Sales’ calendar with qualified meetings. You’ll be the engine that drives new business for both companies.
The Role
You will own outreach for two sales programs running simultaneously. Your job is to generate interest and book meetings — not to close deals. We have a VP of Sales who handles closing. You fill his calendar.

What You’ll Do
• Set up and manage our sales tech stack:
• Configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for
• Enrich lead lists using Clay — pull
• Build and manage cold
• Make 40-60 cold calls per day to cannabis growers and supplement brand decision makers using provided scripts
• Send 20-30 LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages per day
• Triage and respond to
• Book 5-10 VP of Sales meetings per week (this is the #1 metric we care about)
• Maintain HubSpot CRM with accurate pipeline data, call notes, and deal stages
• Send a structured weekly performance report every Friday
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English — you’ll be calling US-based business owners and
• Experience with cold calling and/or cold
• Comfortable setting up and learning new software tools quickly (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier)
• Basic technical skills — able to follow a step-by-step guide to configure DNS records and connect tools via API/Zapier
• Self-motivated and organized — you’ll work independently with a weekly check-in, not daily supervision
• Available to work US business hours (Eastern or Pacific time zone — evening/night shift Philippines time)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for phone calls

Compensation & Details
• Pay: $
• Performance bonus: $25–$50 per qualified VP of Sales meeting booked (on top of base)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, US business hours (evening shift PH)
• Location: Remote — Philippines only
• Start date: As soon as possible
