We’re looking for a Booking & Guest Service Coordinator (GSC) to help manage daily operations across multiple properties. You’ll be the key connection between guests, vendors, and management—ensuring every stay is smooth, professional, and memorable.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with guests via phone, text, and
- Coordinate vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and service needs.
- Keep records updated in our CRM and internal spreadsheets.
- Submit regular reports and maintain organized digital files.
- Support marketing and listing updates as needed.
- Handling administrative tasks as instructed.
- Research and Development for other long term rentals
What You Bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
- Comfort with CRM tools and digital workflows.
- A proactive, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
