Funding is a U.S.-based private money lending company that provides short-term, asset-based loans to real estate investors. We focus on first- and second-position loans, bridge funding, gap funding, and creative real estate transactions.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Loan Processor/ Jr. Underwriter to support real estate deals from intake through funding. This role is the operational backbone of our lending business and works directly with borrowers, brokers, and internal leadership.
This is not a bank mortgage role. You will support private money deals using CRM pipelines and internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real estate deals inside the CRM.
Collect, organize, and review borrower and property documents.
Assist with preliminary deal review (LTV, ARV, exit strategy – no approvals)
Prepare deals for internal review and decision-making
Communicate with borrowers and brokers via
Request missing documents and follow up to keep deals moving
Coordinate with title companies and insurance providers for closings
Track conditions, timelines, and closing tasks
Maintain clean CRM records, notes, and document uploads
Assist with light lead follow-up and deal intake
Important Authority Boundaries
Requirements
2+ years experience in real estate transactions, loan processing, or lending support
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients
Ability to manage multiple deals at once
Experience using CRMs and pipeline-based systems
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Private money or hard money lending experience
Familiarity with real estate investing terminology
GoHighLevel or similar CRM experience
