JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are building a white-label SaaS platform using GoHighLevel, focused on helping NDIS and aged care providers streamline their operations, client onboarding, and communication.

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel builder to join us long-term and help bring this system to life from the ground up.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building, setting up, and optimising GoHighLevel systems including funnels, automations, CRM workflows, and client onboarding systems.

This is a hands-on build role, not just admin.

Responsibilities
• Build funnels (landing pages, forms, pipelines) inside GoHighLevel
• Create and manage automations (email, SMS, workflows)
• Set up CRM pipelines and lead tracking systems
• Build onboarding systems for new clients
• Integrate tools (Stripe, calendars, email, domains, Zapier if needed)
• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Follow SOPs and also help improve them over time

Requirements

Must have:
• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (please include examples)
• Strong understanding of automations and workflows
• Experience building funnels and landing pages
• Good written English and communication skills
• Reliable internet and ability to work full-time

Nice to have (but not essential):
• Experience with SaaS setups or white-label systems
• Experience with Zapier or API integrations
• Experience working with healthcare, NDIS, or service businesses

Salary & Hours
- Part-time (20 hours per week
- 30,000 PHP month
(depending on experience)
- Long-term role with growth opportunities
