JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing beauty business and digital education brand looking for a Social Media and YouTube Virtual Assistant to support content creation, repurposing, and posting across platforms.

This role focuses on turning ideas and existing content into consistent social media and YouTube posts. We are looking for someone proactive who understands content flow, viral content, and community building.

Responsibilities

Social Media Support
• Schedule posts for Instagram and TikTok
• Write captions based on content ideas
• Format and upload Reels and short-form videos
• Organize and maintain content calendar
• Help create viral attraction content
• Support engagement and community-building (comments, replies, etc.)

YouTube Support
• Edit long-form YouTube videos
• Upload and schedule YouTube videos
• Write titles, descriptions, and tags
• Create thumbnails
• Organize playlists
• Create YouTube Shorts from existing content

Content Repurposing
• Turn long-form videos into short clips
• Repurpose Instagram and TikTok content for YouTube
• Identify clips from Loom recordings or live videos
• Maintain consistent posting schedule

Editing Support
• Video editing (cutting, trimming, captions)
• Format vertical and horizontal videos
• Add simple branding if provided
• Create engaging hooks for short-form content

Systems & Lead Flow (Bonus)
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel preferred
• Upload content into workflows or campaigns (if applicable)
• Support lead capture and content-to-funnel flow

Requirements

• Experience with social media and/or YouTube preferred
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar)
• Understanding of Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to create viral-style short-form content
• Organized and proactive
• Strong communication
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred but not required)
