JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SEO Link Builder who can consistently acquire high-quality backlinks using a range of proven link building strategies. This role requires someone who understands both free (organic outreach) and paid (placement-based) link acquisition methods and knows how to apply them strategically to drive rankings and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute scalable link building campaigns across multiple strategies
Build high-quality backlinks using a mix of free and paid methods, including outreach, partnerships, and placements
Consistently deliver up to 30 new quality backlinks per month per website, while maintaining strict quality standards
Manage and execute link building campaigns across multiple websites simultaneously
Prospect, qualify, and prioritise backlink opportunities based on SEO impact
Conduct personalised outreach to website owners, editors, and publishers
Negotiate placements where required while maintaining quality standards
Perform competitor backlink analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
Maintain outreach pipelines and manage relationships with publishers
Track, measure, and report on link performance (rankings, traffic impact, indexation)

Backlink Qualification Criteria:
You must demonstrate a strong ability to evaluate link opportunities using the following metrics:

Relevance
Strong topical alignment with our niche
Contextual relevance of the linking page (not just the domain)
Authority
Domain Rating (DR) / Domain Authority (DA)
Referring domains profile
Organic keyword footprint (not just DR as a vanity metric)
Traffic Quality
Consistent organic traffic (via Ahrefs/SEMrush)
Keywords ranking in relevant niches
Avoid sites with inflated or irrelevant traffic sources
Outbound Link Profile
Ratio of outbound links to content
No spammy or irrelevant casino/adult/low-quality links
Editorial standards of the site
Indexation & Visibility
Pages are indexed in Google
Site is actively ranking and not deindexed or penalised
Recent content is being crawled and ranked

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience building high-quality backlinks that improve rankings
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver up to 30 quality backlinks per month per website
Proven ability to manage link building across multiple websites at the same time
Strong understanding of both white-hat and grey-hat link building approaches
Ability to scale outreach while maintaining link quality
Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hunter, Pitchbox, or similar
Strong written communication for outreach and negotiation
Ability to identify low-quality or risky links before acquisition
