JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a team to handle a simple but high-volume workflow. We operate 3 main YouTube channels (franchises), and each one must be translated into 24 additional languages. This means you will take 15 original videos per channel per month and adapt them into multiple languages, resulting in a total of 1080 videos per month across all channels. Your role is to replace the original English audio with the provided voiceovers, then upload and schedule the videos. Everything is already prepared—no translation, scripting, or creative editing is required. The work is repetitive, fast and requires consistency, speed, and strong communication.

We are looking for an existing team of at least 3 people (more is better) for a full-time, long-term position within our company. This is a stable opportunity with potential for growth over time.

### Job Description

The work is very simple and highly repetitive:

* You will receive long-form YouTube videos in English.
* We provide all translated voiceovers in other 24 languages.
* Your task is to **remove the original English audio and replace it with the provided voiceover**.
* You may need to slightly adjust timing (speed up/slow down), which we will teach you.
* Once done, you must **upload and schedule the videos on YouTube** (full training provided).

The work is easy but requires consistency, speed, and discipline.

### Work Volume

* We have **3 main English channels**
* Each channel produces **15 original videos per month** So, 45 videos a month in total.
* Each video must be adapted into **24 additional languages**

**Important:** We provide all voiceovers. Your role is simply to replace the audio—no translation or content creation required.

This means:

* Each original channel (3 total) expands into 24 translated channels
* In total, this results in **75 channels overall (3 original + 72 translated channels)**
* **360 videos per channel per month** (15 videos × 24 languages)
* Across all channels: **1080 videos per month** (360 videos x 3 channels)

Fast execution and clear communication are essential.

### Requirements

* **Minimum team of 3 people (required from the start)**
* Full-time availability (**8+ hours per day / 7 days a week**)
* Strong work ethic and commitment from day one
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently
* Experience with YouTube workflows
* Willingness to learn quickly and follow systems

If standards are not met, collaboration will end immediately.

### Payment

* **$120 per channel**
* Total: **$360 for all 3 channels**
Monthly payment, always on time.
