JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian software consultancy (DB?Gurus) delivering cloud and data solutions to government and enterprise clients. We are engaging an experienced Compliance and Training Manager on a contract basis to help us maintain our ISO certification and progress our AWS and Microsoft partner programs.

What we need

You must:
Operate as an independent contractor
Have hands?on experience with ISO certification maintenance
(e.g. ISO 9001, 27001, or similar)
Be able to:
Maintain compliance documentation
Coordinate internal audits and reviews
Track corrective actions and evidence
Design and manage internal training programs
Maintain staff training records and competency tracking
Work comfortably with documented processes and SOPs
Communicate clearly in written English
Be organised, detail?oriented, and self?driven
Be available for most of Sydney (Australia) business hours

Highly regarded:
Experience supporting AWS Partner requirements
Experience supporting Microsoft Partner requirements
Familiarity with:
Skills matrices
Training plans
Evidence collection for audits
Experience working with technical teams (developers, architects, PMs)
