JOB OVERVIEW

Google Ads Specialist (Search & Performance) – Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads specialist who understands how to generate real leads and measurable outcomes — not just set up campaigns.

Our team builds high-performance marketing systems for businesses across the U.S. and Canada, combining paid traffic, funnels, and automation to drive consistent growth.

This role is for someone who wants to be part of a long-term team and work on campaigns that are structured, optimized, and built to perform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and basic YouTube if applicable)
- Perform keyword research and structure campaigns effectively
- Write and optimize high-performing ad copy
- Monitor and improve performance (CPC, CTR, conversions, cost per lead)
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag, events, integrations)
- Optimize landing pages in collaboration with the team
- Continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns based on data

This role is focused on performance, optimization, and consistent improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (real results required)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions based on metrics
- Experience with lead generation campaigns (service-based businesses preferred)
- Ability to work independently and execute efficiently
- Clear and professional communication

Additional Advantages:
- Experience working with multiple accounts or agency environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Experience with remarketing and audience strategies

Important:

This is not a beginner role.
We are looking for someone who is confident managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and making data-driven decisions without step-by-step guidance.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of results.

Compensation & Work Setup:
- Part-time to start (with fast path to full-time)
- 20 hours per week initially
- $400 – $800/month (part-time)
- $1,000 – $1,800/month (full-time)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Flexible working hours
- Daily overlap required: between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Eastern Time (approximately 15 minutes per day, exact time coordinated with the team)

Growth Opportunity:

We are building a core team.
Strong performers will take on larger budgets, more accounts, and increased responsibility over time.

Hiring Process:
- Short interview
- Paid test task ($15 USD, fixed price) to evaluate real skills

The test task will be a small, real-world Google Ads scenario and should take approximately 30–60 minutes to complete.

How to Apply:

Please include ALL of the following:

- Your experience with Google Ads (what types of campaigns have you managed?)
- 2–3 examples of campaigns (include results if possible)
- What types of campaigns you specialize in (search, local, e-commerce, etc.)
- Write “SEARCH” at the top of your application

Final Note:

We move fast.
We value people who take initiative, think in terms of results, and take ownership of their work.
We are looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers — consistency and reliability are extremely important to us.
We are actively hiring and looking to move forward quickly.
