THE OPPORTUNITY
We're not looking for someone to study AI. We need someone to use it — right now. You'll dig into how we operate, find what's costing us time, and build the automations that fix it. As we grow, you'll take on more: owning full workflows, running AI-powered processes, and becoming a key part of how NoMoreMondays scales.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map our workflows and identify the highest-impact automation opportunities
- Build and deploy automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms
- Set up and prompt AI tools (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) for specific internal tasks
- Build AI agents that handle research, content drafting, data tasks, and more
- Keep systems maintained and improved — not a set-and-forget role
- Write clean documentation so nothing lives only in your head

MUST-HAVES
- Real, proven experience with AI automation — portfolio required
- Proficient in at least 2–3 major automation or AI platforms
- Highly independent — you figure things out without being micromanaged
- Strong written English for async communication with our team
- Stable internet and a dedicated setup — reliability is non-negotiable
