JOB OVERVIEW

Council Approval Group is an award-winning Australian consultancy specialising in town planning, architecture, and council approvals. We’re looking for a skilled ArchiCAD Draftsperson/Designer based in the Philippines to join our growing architectural team.

You’ll work alongside our two long-term PH-based architects (5+ years with us) and collaborate directly with Giuseppe Calabrese, our Senior Architect, an award-winning, internationally recognised designer. This is a rare opportunity for someone with Australian project experience and strong ArchiCAD expertise.

Path to Full-Time Role
Start at 15–20 hours/week, with strong potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position.

Your Role
Reporting directly to our Senior Architect and Operations Manager, you will:
Develop detailed ArchiCAD drawings from sketches and concepts
Prepare documentation for Australian council submissions
Interpret client briefs and planning requirements
Refine layouts for compliance, buildability, and design quality
Support the team across design and documentation stages

Requirements (Must-Have)
Strong ArchiCAD experience (v22+)
Experience in Australian residential projects
Background in Architecture, Drafting, or Building Design
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
