I am a high-volume Amazon KDP publisher creating coloring books, journals, and low-content products across multiple brands. I am looking for a detail-oriented, fast, and reliable Canva assistant to help assemble interiors for my books and enhance my work flow.
This role is focused on execution, speed, and consistency — not design from scratch.
You will be taking pre-made images and templates and turning them into fully formatted KDP-ready interiors- and some cover artwork.
If you are organized, efficient, and love repetitive but structured work, this is a great long-term opportunity.
???? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (CORE TASKS)
Uploading images into Canva templates using frames (or Bulk Creation, whatever works best for you!)
Assembling full coloring book interiors (typically 40–80 pages)
Ensuring consistent spacing, margins, and alignment
Duplicating and organizing pages efficiently
Exporting print-ready PDFs for Amazon KDP
Following structured naming and folder systems in Google Drive
Light editing to images
Upscaling for design quality
Cover creation using typography and structured layouts (secondary role)
Applying:
Title + subtitle formatting
Clean, readable font pairings
Consistent branding styles
Occasionally:
Adding simple text pages (title pages, “this book belongs to,” etc.)
Applying pre-defined formatting styles
???? MY WORKFLOW (IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND)
I generate all images and concepts, back of book descriptions etc.
You will NOT be creating artwork (unless asked, and proven ability to do so)
Templates are already built — you are plugging images into them
Work is organized in Google Drive folders
You will be assigned batches of books at a time
This is a production role, not a creative role.
???? EXPECTED OUTPUT / SPEED
1 book = ~40–60 pages
Target: 4–5+ books per day once trained
You will start slower while learning, then ramp up
Speed matters—but accuracy matters more
???? IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are:
Extremely organized
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Fast in Canva (this is critical)
Detail-oriented (alignment, spacing, consistency)
Able to follow instructions exactly
Good with file management and naming systems
Reliable and communicative
???? REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong experience using Canva (non-negotiable)
Experience with:
Frames
Page duplication
Bulk editing workflows
Familiarity with:
Google Drive
File organization
Understanding of:
Basic print layout (margins, bleed, etc.) is a PLUS
