JOB OVERVIEW

Position:
Video Editor / Virtual Assistant

Objective:
We are looking for a highly committed and fast video editor who can consistently produce 7–10 short-form videos per day and help distribute content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Deliver 7–10 videos daily with consistency and speed
Add captions, transitions, subtitles, and engaging edits
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
Post and distribute content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Follow brand guidelines and editing style
Work with tight deadlines and fast turnaround times
Organize and manage video assets properly

Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing (please provide portfolio or samples)
Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
Highly reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of social media content trends
Able to follow instructions and execute consistently

Preferred:
Experience in viral content editing
Experience managing or posting content across multiple platforms
Knowledge of hooks, retention, and engagement strategies

Work Expectations:
Must be consistent, committed, and results-driven
Daily output is required
Must be responsive and easy to communicate with

Important:
This is a high-output role
