We are looking for a serious
Our team builds high-performance marketing systems for businesses across the U.S. and Canada, combining funnels, automation, and paid traffic to drive consistent lead flow and growth.
This role is for someone who wants to be part of a long-term team and work on campaigns that are built to scale.
Your Role:
- Launch and manage
- Test different creatives, angles, and messaging
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Improve cost per lead and overall conversion performance
- Work closely with funnels and landing pages
- Continuously iterate and scale what works
- Guide and communicate with video editors and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives based on testing, data, and campaign goals
You should be comfortable making decisions based on data, testing, and performance — not guesswork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Real experience managing
- Strong understanding of testing, optimization, and scaling
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy
- Experience with lead generation or sales campaigns
- Independent, fast, and reliable execution
- Clear communication
- Strong attention to detail (small mistakes in campaigns can affect performance)
Extra Advantage:
- Agency experience
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM systems
- Understanding of direct response marketing
- Experience working with video creatives / UGC
This Role Is Not For:

Compensation & Setup:
- Part-time to start (with fast path to full-time)
- $400 – $800/month (part-time)
- $800 – $1,800/month (full-time)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Flexible hours + structured daily overlap
- Overlap: between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Eastern Time (approximately 15–30 minutes per day, exact time coordinated with the team)
