JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Amazon Virtual Assistant with solid experience in FBA, Amazon Seller Central management, product sourcing and account management. The ideal candidate will be great at communication, detail-oriented, and able to work well with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage product listings in Amazon Seller Central
Conduct product research for profitable wholesale products
Contact and open accounts with brand owners, distributors, and wholesalers.
Ungating categories/brands when required
Analyse products using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), Helium 10, etc. to determine product viability (sales rank, competition, cost, ROI, profit margin).
Prepare and manage FBA shipments
Monitor inventory, pricing, stock levels and restock planning
Create and manage purchase orders.
Manage Seller Central tasks (listings, uploads, case logs, etc.)
Maintain spreadsheets and reporting
Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal team

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon VA
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of tools such as SellerAmp, Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
Good English communication skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Able to analyse data and make profitable sourcing decisions
High attention to detail with data-driven decision-making
Reliable internet connection and availability for regular updates
Fast learner, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

Work Schedule

- Part-time: 16 hours - 4 days per week
- Work hours: Flexible - Ideally 10:00am - 2:00pm UK time (6pm - 10pm in PH)
- Competitive salary in PHP (to be discussed during the interview, based on experience)
