TechToast Academy is a 25-week Arduino-based coding and electronics program for kids ages 8 and up. We are a small but fast growing team and we are looking for someone who genuinely loves people and wants to make sure every single customer feels supported, valued, and excited about the program.
This is not a reactive support role. You will be proactively reaching out to customers, building real relationships, and making sure nobody falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
- Contact every new customer by
- Guide customers through the registration and onboarding process step by step
- Check in with customers at key points throughout the 25-week program
- Re-engage customers who have gone quiet or seem stuck
- Collect testimonials, success stories, and photos from happy customers
- Gather feedback and ideas from customers to help us improve the product
- Refer customers with technical issues to our technical support team
- Help build and manage automated
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Warm, empathetic, and genuinely people-oriented
- Strong written English, friendly and professional without sounding robotic
- Highly organized and proactive, you follow up without being asked
- Experience in customer service, customer success, or a similar role is a plus
- Some familiarity with
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
