JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-energy, disciplined, and tech-savvy Appointment Setter to join our elite real estate team. This isn't just about making "cold calls"—it’s about managing a sophisticated multi-channel prospecting system to identify motivated sellers and high-intent leads. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for converting database leads into "Strategic Market Audit" appointments for our senior agents.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Execute a high-volume "Triple Threat" sequence involving ringless voicemails, SMS, and email, followed by strategic outbound calls.

Database Mastery: Manage and update leads within Follow Up Boss, ensuring all data is accurately tagged and followed up on based on the lead's timeline.

Conversion: Identify the needs of sellers (specifically those with expired listings) and explain the value of our Hybrid Sales Program (Cash Offer vs. Market Value).

Setting Appointments: Schedule high-quality listing appointments, ensuring the seller is fully qualified and motivated.

Consistency: Maintain a rigorous daily dialing schedule to hit specific KPIs for contact rates and appointments set.

Required Qualifications
Proven Track Record: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (Real Estate experience preferred).

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems (Follow Up Boss), dialing software, and Google Workspace.

Strong Communication: An "elevated" phone presence—professional, persuasive, and empathetic without being "salesy."

Resilience: The ability to handle high-volume prospecting and overcome objections with ease.

Organization: Meticulous attention to detail regarding lead notes and follow-up schedules.
