JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help us design, build, and maintain professional websites, primarily using Wix and GHL.

This role will start as project-based gig work with the opportunity to grow into ongoing part-time work as we scale.

Our first project is for a high-end custom home builder, where you will recreate and elevate an existing website into a more modern, clean, and elegant design that reflects a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities
-Design and build websites using Wix (required)
-Recreate and improve existing websites with a more modern, high-end look
-Create quick mockup/demo websites or landing pages for client presentations
-Update and maintain existing websites as needed
-Assist with Go High Level (GHL) website/funnel builds (preferred)
-Create and edit videos and visual content for websites and social media
-Assist with content creation (graphics, layouts, basic branding elements)
-Collaborate with our team to bring ideas and concepts to life

Requirements
-Proven experience with Wix website design and development
-Experience with Go High Level (preferred but not required)
-Strong eye for clean, modern, and high-end design
-Experience with video editing and content creation tools
-Creative mindset with attention to detail
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to work independently and follow direction

Project Scope (First Job)
Rebuild and redesign an existing website for a custom home builder

Focus on:
-Clean, high-end, luxury aesthetic
-Improved layout and user experience
-Strong visual presentation of projects/services
